Since our early start in 1863 in Middletown, Delaware County, PA, the Habbersett brand has been creating great-tasting scrapple and other premium meat products like Canadian bacon, and all-natural sausage and braunschweiger using only the highest quality ingredients. Founded by Isaac S. Habbersett and passed through many family generations, Habbersett has developed into an iconic Philadelphia brand and tradition.

Using high-quality ingredients and strictly adhering to USDA food safety standards, we have maintained our heritage of providing distinctive quality and “Philadelphia’s favorite” scrapple. We also offer pork sausage, smoked meat, and Braunschweiger products which are gluten-free and contain no MSG.
To support our commitment to food safety, our Habbersett facility and production are inspected by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and certified by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF).
