Pork livers, pork, bacon (cured with water, salt, sugar, sodium phosphates, sodium ascorbate and/or sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite), water, potassium lactate, salt, spices, dehydrated onions, sugar, sodium diacetate, sodium ascorbate, and sodium nitrite.
Handling
Keep refrigerated. For best quality, cover tightly after opening and use within 2-3 days.
